Nitro cars do work much more like your car at home than electric cars which does have its benefits. Nitro engines have clutches and do take time to spool up. As a result you also get the benefit of the car actually sounding like a normal car not a toy! They can be driven for longer periods and only take a few seconds to be refuelled. The amount of time and the knowledge needed will scare people however I personally could never go back to electric. Although if you do feel you can put in the time to maintain these cars I don’t think you will regret it, the speed and the amount of fun to be had driving them is second to none!
